As someone who’s lived as both male and female presenting, Christian and queer, and Asian and American, he’s spent his entire life creating safe spaces and bridges of understanding between seemingly opposing groups. He lives in Oakland, California, and loves drumming, karaoke, and performing standup comedy.

Having walked in the shoes of both genders, bridged diverse cultures, and championed inclusion, he has dedicated his life to creating safe havens and fostering understanding among seemingly disparate communities.

But Aiden's talents continue beyond writing and speaking. He's also a professional drummer and a local standup comedian who's performed in soldout venues at The Makeout Room, Michael Collins Bar, and Penelope.

An LA native and a media studies graduate from UC Berkeley with a minor in Asian American studies, Aiden's journey has taken him from founding an award-winning indie film company to excelling as a content creator and marketing manager for global tech giants like Cisco, Workday, Grammarly, and Udemy. He's a seasoned strategist and world-class leader with over eight years of experience in employer branding and over 15 years in marketing and communications.

A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, Aiden's powerful talks have resonated with audiences globally. His creativity and DEI-focused presentations at global events such as Lesbians Who Tech, Women Who Code, and Trans Tech Summit have ignited meaningful conversations and inspired positive change.
